Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the supply of welding, fabrication and engineering services by C.M Welding & Engineering Services ("we", "us"). By instructing us to carry out work — whether by written acceptance of a quotation, email, phone or in person — you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs or scope agreed in writing.

2. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days. Materials for larger projects may require a deposit.

3. Warranty

All workmanship is warranted for 12 months from the date of installation, excluding fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage and corrosion arising from environmental factors.

4. Liability

Our total liability for any single contract is limited to the contract value. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
